Urban Outfitters hearts me

Yesterday, Sebastian and I drove to Urban Outfitters to pick up some decorations for my booth at Big Hat Days. I had seen these parasols and paper stars on sale a few weeks ago and had hoped they'd still be there. I picked up as many as I could carry in my unoccupied arm and ran down a sales associate to see if he could stash my booty behind the counter until it was my turn to pay. Paper stars don't take up much room but I'd also snagged this HOT houndstooth bedspread that was also at the sale table that I couldn't resist.
So, squirmy Sebastian and I waited patiently in the longest line I'd ever seen at this store and watched the heavens break open and unload a storm. I was beginning to think I should've insisted that Brett had come with me to help manage my chaos. We made it up to the front and had the cashier round up our pile of goodies. As she finished scanning one bedspread, three parasols and two paper stars she said the strangest thing.
"That will be $12.57."
"I'm sorry?"
"Your total is $12.57."
It was then that I knew Urban Outfitters had a crush on me. I had totally missed the sign on the sale table that read "Additional 75% off of already freakin' great sale prices!" I think I saved about $80 off the original tags. I almost said..."Hold my baby. I'll be right back." So now I'm home and wanted to share my good news. Yay, for accidental bargain shopping!

I would've been so excited! :)
(And then would've spent about 3 times as much money as I had planned on by getting a lot more stuff!) ha ha :)
