Spring Break

Our little man accidentally dropped our computer this weekend so it's in the shop for repairs. We've been borrowing one temporarily from a friend but don't know how long it will be available. I've been feeling out of commission lately and am a little behind on work so I'll be taking advantage of Brett being home on Spring break this week to help with Sebastian and getting the house in order before my parents come to visit.

Is anyone else on Spring break this week? Any fun plans? It looks like we'll have perfectly warm weather for a few days so we're keeping the windows open and letting the breeze bring in some fresh air.

See you next week!

My spring break was last week but I took an extra week for re-cooperating and an art conference. Spring Breaks are the best!! Our windows are open as well and we are doing a lot of re-decorating of the house this week.

No break for me this week, but I'm delighted to see the sunshine pouring through my entryway windows.

I'm so jealous of your lovely spring break weather. I was on Spring Break two weeks ago and it was cold and rainy! Enjoy!

Lucky, we still have frigid cold weather here. I cannot wait to open the windows up! Spring break is always wonderful! Enjoy it.

No technical break for me, but I've been really sick the past few days so I've had to take a break whether I wanted to or not.

Ours isn't until the first week of April. But I'm not really looking forward to it b/c my husband will be gone the entire week.

My spring break is over now. Alas.
Buuut I had so much fun with my dear, dear friend at her home in Chicago. So, I can't complain. :)

My Spring Break was last week - but it wasn't a break for ME b/c Connor didn't have preschool and was missing his buddies!:)
Is Bret a teacher? If so, what does he teach? HAve you signed up Sebastian for preschool next year? You should if you haven't yet - you will be glad for the time alone with the new baby (mostly to sleep!) It made a huge difference for me and for my newborn, and for Connor really.
Good Luck this weeek!

Mmm fresh air!

Our Spring Break was last week (I'm a teacher.) and, for the break, I eloped to a little town in West Texas with the love of my life! Gorgeous weather for our delightful adventure!

officially i dont get a spring break, but i live in a college town and to have all the students gone and the town slow down is rather relaxing and a break in itself.

Up here in Toronto we had spring break up last week. I took my "medium-sized boy" (that is how my 11-year-old identifies himself) to the Hockey Hall of Fame. This Not-so-sporty mom had a surprisingly good time! And he, not so surprisingly, had a blast!

Hi! I missed your class chat on the "pretty" site last night, but I read that you are planning to do your birth at home with a midwife! I delivered 2 of my 3 children with a midwife and it was the most "alive" experience I've ever had. Have you see the Business of Being Born? You've gotta see it... it will make you excited about home birth. Anyway, praying that your little baby will continue to grow healthy in your belly. Thanks for your art!

Just FYI, I'm seriously missing you. I can't tell you how many times I've came to your blog in hopes of an update. (Wow that sounds so needy of me....) I hope you had a wonderful break.

P.S. I prayed for you a few nights ago. You came to my mind and I just felt like you must be going through something. I pray that you are feeling better now.
