Saturday Afternoon
Brett has drill this weekend so the three of us are taking things in stride at home and looking forward to him coming home so we can all reconnect. In the meantime, we've been distracting ourselves with cleaning, computer games, and long naps. You can guess who got the naps.
We also got a batch of these in the mail this week to give us a large enough stash to get this party started. On Monday.
xoxo,
Rachel
p.s. Ruby and I had a great time at the RVA party last night. So many cute girls in one store!!

Hi Rachel! I love your blog! I have a mom question! My daughter and I live in Costa Rica and the weather is super hot, and we are traveling to Colorado for the holidays! DO yo have any advice for keeping a 10 month old warm in that weather? I'm freaking out :P! Thanks <33333
XO
aww, sounds like a nice weekend. hope brett's drills go well and ruby got some good crafting inspiration at the party :-)
xo!
oo sounds like a lovely weekend!!
Have a great weekend, hope it goes smoothly. I wish I would have known you needed cloth diapers! I bought a load of blueberry diapers for Rowan and then decided I couldn't add one more thing to my life at the moment. They are nice all in one diapers. If you need any more let me know, I need to find a place for them.
we <3 fuzzi bunz one size!!! don't be unhappy with them if they leak though though (for a bit), even the one-size are hard to REALLY FIT a tiny newborn! My first had teh skinniest little legs and any diapers except premie & newborns leaked until he was about 6 weeks~
Good luck!

love your home!!! do you have a spare room ?!? lol j.k but it is lovely! un made bed and all happy saturday!
CDing is easy on a newborn, they have no prefernece whatsoever! Good luck! Good old prefolds and covers are always economical, and the covers are so cute! You'll do great!
i LOVE those mugs and glasses in the first picture. so pretty! where did you find them?
Naps and nappies; the essentials. :) I would love to know your thoughts on the Fuzzi Bunz vs. Bum Genius. I'm getting both, b/c I have friends who love the Bum Genius, but the reviews I've read said Fuzzi Bunz are a little more snug fit for newborns.
We just started cloth diapering last week, and we're totally loving the Flips and Gro Babys, but Hannah is probably a bit bigger than your little lady right now! I want to build a stash of teeny tiny cloth diapering supplies before the next one comes along for the first months, all we've got so far is one-size stuff, so we can use that all again when the munchkin gets big enough.
i love fuzzibunz. We didn't start until Tate was about 9 weeks old, but then used them until he potty trained. (We still use one without a liner for swimming!)
My husband is now a converted CDer, after saying "You've got to be kidding" when I first brought up the idea. He even pulls them out when people ask about it!
