Ruby's Loud Blanket

I made Ruby a loud blanket after seeing this one on OhDeedoh.

I took their suggestion to use the plastic from a package of wipes and added a few tabs to one side for interest. I stitched criss-cross lines to keep it from bunching. She's been gnawing on it for the last two days!

I think those teeth are getting closer!

Happy Weekend,
Rachel

p.s. The Lisa Leonard Giveaway winner will be announced Saturday evening. Thanks for reading!

Yes, I made one of those a couple months ago, too, for my 8 month old. I did a vintage embroidery image on the front- so cute! Here's a link to a flickr photo: http://www.flickr.com/photos/coreymoortgat/4414549075/
She had eight teeth by the time she was seven months, so it came in handy!

What a great idea, my little un loves playing with the wipes when I'm changing her, so I'm sure she'll love a "loud" blanket.
She is 6mths and starting to suffer with the effects of her teeth coming through, so anything to help.
