It might sound kind of weird but I really love ginger ale and pineapple juice in the summer (in a plastic margarita cup). When it comes to an alcoholic drink, my summer drink was always Singapore Slings. And of course you can't beat an Iced Capp from Tim's! (Canadians will know what I mean, ha!)

I love making smoothies in the summer to cool down with. I add frozen berries mixed with whatever other fruit I have on hand--oranges, bananas, mangoes, strawberries, nectarines. Then add a splash of juice and ice and maybe some protein powder if I know I haven't had much protein lately. Yum.
