I saw these two guys running across Walnut Street yesterday. It was probably the cutest thing I saw all day. :)
As for the haircut, it grow out quicker than you would think. I was always cutting hair outside my barracks room. It seemed I was cutting hair for everyone at least once every 2 weeks. So, stay hopeful! :)
oh man, i agree with geek details. i don't know if you went to a military barber, but they seriously all just shave it all off. my husband bought his own clippers he was so sick of buzz happy barbers.
They go to the old man barber shop downtown and have had all four guys there get it a little too short for me. However, they have a fun rocking horse that S plays with while he waits for Brett and would miss 'Ol Buck. So, I think we'll have to just learn to be much more specific about how long our version of short is.
it takes a bit of getting used to huh? the same thing happened to my husband when we were in south korea - he made the mistake of getting a hair cut in an area of Seoul that was highly populated with US Army soldiers. i guess the barber assumed my husband was one also (we're from NZ)....it was right before we went on summer holiday to thailand for 3 weeks!! i couldn't WAIT for it to grow back! lol
I saw your doily tutorial on design*sponge! that's so awesome :) I love that pillow, and as soon as my craft pile gets a little smaller I'm going to try it out. <3 crissy

Aw! I especially love the frames in the background!
ReplyDeletePoor guy. It'll grow out though! I'd stay away from military barbers though. IME they tend to be one trick ponies and shave it all off.

ReplyDeleteIt'll grow in just right in a couple of weeks...until then you can keep running your hand on his head for that neat buzz cut feeling. :) xx

ReplyDeleteI think they look so cute together. Boy hair always takes a few days to get used to after a cut.
