Question Time
A blog makeover has been underway for almost a month now and is coming swiftly to the end but I need your help. I have some questions for my FAQ page but want to make sure I'm not just covering old ones. If you've got a burning question that you think others might be interested in or benefit from hearing an answer to, I'd love to hear it. Feel free to leave it in the comments section of this post and I'll work on the answers to them this week.
I've had some very helpful talent working on the things that cause me to go cross-eyed as far as blog design. As my brother likes to say, "All will be revealed in due time."

p.s. It's been three days of glorious weather in Springfield, MO. We're going swimming!

This probably isn't the most pressing topic for your FAQ page, but I'm dying to know what products you use on your curly hair.
what kind of sewing machine do you use/recommend?
What do you hope to teach your children by being a working artist?
How do you find the balance between Mommy life and artist life? By the time I do all things for my son, and clean up after him...I'm pooped!
Hi Rachel :) I have a question for you.
What did you study at college, and have you found it useful to your current career path?
I find that so many of us start out in a particular field and end up doing something TOTALLY different. For example, I started out studying biological science at college, and now I am an artist. I loved science but always needed to be making things, so I went with that as a career path. I believe you should do what makes you most happy, even though it's not always the easiest route (financially) at times.
I'd love to hear your thoughts :)

I should add to my above comment that I have found that my studies really influence what I like to feature in my artwork (elements of the natural world around me). Just wondering if your experience has been similar.
Thanks! Can't wait to see the new blog, either!

I've always wanted to know where you vintage shop when you're in Oklahoma because I live here! I have a few of my faves here in the Tulsa area, but I'd like to know yours if you care to share. I've only lived here a few years so far and haven't done too much exploring. And if you're ever traveling through Tulsa, let me know, I'll show you my faves!
Thanks... :)
Hey there...I was just about to try to email with a question, but I have one about your baby clothes...do you have a pattern for training pants??? I have desperately searched for one and can't find much. Hope you have an idea for one. :) Thanks!
I'd love to know how you got into art. Did you just start stitching one day and doodling the next?
I'm starting to doodle and stuff but I'd love to get into more stuff. How'd you do it?
What kind of patterns or project you recommend for beginners and what were the problems you faced when you were a beginner?
n yes thanks for your comment on my blog.
How did you find art??? What draws you to material & patterns? What was your first project? How did you make a name for yourself in the art world?
i'm dying to know... where do you draw your inspiration from?
what made you decide to live in Missouri?
