Favorite road trip snacks are the one that my man's mom packs for us when we leave her house. She thinks we will be on the road for days when in fact its less than 8 hours. Sandwiches, cheese and peanuts oh my!

Lays Carolina BBQ chips--I normally don't care for BBQ chip but these are like the love child of salt and vinegar and BBQ chips :)

Homemade trail mix with lots of yogurt covered raisins!
My hubby and I love to make trail mix when we hit the road. Another fav is banana bread. It is great as a breakfast treat or as a snack.

Salt and Vinegar Pringles and cheapo mochas from those machines at the gas station.
My favorite road trips snacks are Sour straws- they're delicious and the tanginess will keep you up if you start to feel sleepy!

I'd love to have good coffee in hand, and maybe something packed and homemade (something interesting!) or beef jerky.
My fav. road trip snack has to be tomato, pepperoni, mayo, lettuce, mustard, chili sandwiches! I made some this weekend when my dad, my sis and I took a road trip to the other side of Fl. LOVED THEM! I also love to drink home made ice tea (strawberry one) on road trips.

Trader Joe's almonds, organic animal crackers, and veggie sticks are my favorite road-trip snacks; when around a Trader Joe's, that is, since we don't have one near us. :)
