That ship is marvelous. I've loved them ever since my mom told me that "your ship will come in some day." I'm still waiting....(while collecting a great ship piece here and there.)
I love all the embroidery you found! The ship is amazing.
Did you go to an estate sale with tons of hand stitched goodies?! I bought some really similar to this!! I think it was off of Ann Arbor and 22nd or something? Glad you found such amazing things!

Oh, these are such happy vintage linens!!!
I live in Oklahoma (Barltesville to be precise) and there is one Goodwill here in town which is mediocre at best.My family lives in or around OKC so I make frequent trips down. Would you be willing to share your favorite thrift stores and flea markets in the OKC area?
ummm those finds are fantastic! :-) love them! I haven't had too many good thrift store shopping day's lately, so I am impressed! ;-)
love the moccasins! Can't wait to start wearing mine.
Hey, ya'll!I don't have ANY favorite thrift stores or flea markets in the OKC area myself! These are only from places on the way to and from Springfield. Shawnee's stores, however, are always happy to see me. ;)
The embroidery you found is great. It is always a happy day when you can find good finds.:-)
so jeolous!! beautiful pieces
beautiful, beautiful. :)
LOVE the daisy necklace!!
There's nothing like finding such great embroidered linens amidst a pile of ordinary ones! I often rummage through the linen piles at my favorite places and I "ho-hum...ho-hum" and then my heart skips a little beat when I find pieces as charming as these.
huge fan and I'd love for you to check out MY blog at www.lakuvent.blogspot.com:) <3Lauren
You lucky gal!! What great finds!! I am constantly thrifting in and around Tallahassee and have ok luck, but nothing close to all those treasures!Cheers!!
You find some of the most amazing things... :) I just love it!!!
I have a similar flower but it isn't a necklace it is a brooch. Love it! Great finds!!
I am sure you have figured this out because you are awesome like that but the center of the flower opens. It is an avon product. That is if your flower is the same as my brooch. Again you found some great items!
Mish,I actually hadn't realized that until yesterday when I randomly saw the saw daisy on Etsy and read the description!
Oh.My.Gosh. I loooooove the ship hankie. I collect vintage ship thing-a-ma-bobs, so I envy you for finding that! :)
Awesome! Well if yours still has some "perfume" (mine did and it smelled awful) the middle part does pop out . I scraped mine clean and it places right back in. Or maybe that is just mine and the glue was loose? Well it is a pretty find and so are the rest of your treasures!
I just fell in love with those owls! I collect owls and I love that embroidery! AW. Great finds!
