«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 328 of 328We just hosted 60(!) people in our modest bungalow for my son's 6th Birthday, complete with a magician and all! This time of year is always our favorite as a family with 2 birthdays and Halloween. Love to celebrate with that extra energy in the air!
Went to fright night last night for a good scare and passing out candy tonight!
My plans actually involve a marathon of "Angel"(the Buffy spin-off) and decorating some notebooks. I love being nerdy!
Nothing special, I'm from Belgium and Halloween isn't something we 'celebrate' here. So just a regular sunday evening television night...
We're just hanging out. I do want to go to an orchard this week and get some cheap seconds for cooking!
Unfortunately, my halloween plans involve working. Hopefully I'll get to sneak in a caramel apple or two!
ps I love EVERYTHING from this shop!
spending the afternoon sewing and the evening at church. maybe dinner out ofterwards. :)
one last visit to the pumpkin patch.
In our neck of the woods, we trick or treat on Saturday when Halloween falls on a Sunday. So today we are making chocolate chip pumpkin oatmeal cookies, chili and breadsticks and feasting with family. Perfect fall day.

I went to a really great Halloween party last night in a great big barn where drinks were free and the hosts were providing free cab rides home so not one would drink and drive! My girlfriends and I all dressed up as a different holiday. I was the 4th of July. If you get a chance you should check out our costumes here: http://zorbathebomb.blogspot.com

This weekend was crazy and fun. We went to a fall festival, the zoo, an October fest party at a friends house, swimming in our pool, and then trick-or-treating. My two year old had a blast and now I'm relaxing and eating some candy before curling up with my book. I love October.
Nothing too exciting...just seeing some friends
we actually didn't trick or treat this year. There was so much confusion in our town which day it was to be it was based on the individual subdivision to decide for either Sat, Sun or Monday. Since our little ones are under 3 they really don't get it anyway and they are both scared of those halloween props & costumes so maybe next year it will be better.
