You KNOW What Day It Is...

...and if you don't, its not your fault.  I couldn't figure out what NSD was last year until finally, FINALLY, someone actually spelled out National Scrapbooking Day.  Then I was like, "They have a day for that?"

In honor of the big day, I've got a give away for you fine folks. This tag set is from Vmilan.etsy.com. Check out their blog for tag ideas and another giveaway! You can see how others have used her tags in their layouts and cards here.  All you have to do is leave a comment describing your favorite tag or an idea you would love to see on a tag and I'll draw a name tonight and post the winner.  (10 p.m. or so, Pacific Time)

We're about to take the majority of our kits to the post office to get sent off.  Its the first month we've been ready to ship these babies early so we're giving ourselves a little pat on the back.  Ha!  I'll be back later to check the comments but I hope you all have a sunny day of enjoyment, whether you're the scrappy type or not.

I like using bigger tags as pages in mini books too. I also cut them up a lot- in half or in pie shapes and use them as accents on the edges of my pages.

I love any tag with journaling space. I used tags with journaling space last year in my classroom. My students wrote poems, memories, etc. It turned out great and all my 10th graders loved it!

I love tags. LOVE them!
You can:
*Use them as book plates
*Make one-of-a-kind book marks
*Make special gift tags
*Use a really great one as a mini-book cover
*Put them on lunch bags (how special!)
*Laminate them and make coaster
*Arrange similar ones and frame them
*Laminate a cut one and clip it on your key ring

What CAN'T you do with a pretty tag?

Have a great Saturday everyone!

My son is just starting to learn his ABC's and a set of tags that we could use (and then I could scrap) would be awesome! HAPPY ISD (International Scrapbooking Day) - I'm from Canada!
